As a Server with The Mainwaring Arms, you are at the front line of guest experience. You are the face of our operation, a centre stage performer. You are the atmosphere creator whose quality hosting skills and extensive knowledge of our food and drinks menu will ensure the highest standards of service and that every guest’s experience is like no other.

Whether you’re new to hospitality or an old-time we’re looking for people with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once whilst still providing a friendly, unique customer experience. You will gain extensive knowledge of our drink’s menu, our 100 rums and how to look after our ales. You will have a passion for drinks and this will be related to every guest that visits your bar

Whether you’re new to hospitality or an old-time we’re looking for people with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once whilst still providing a friendly, unique customer experience. You will always portray an upbeat, positive attitude and have the confidence to recommend drinks to our fabulous guests.
